One of our Clients is a Stealth-mode venture in the retail-tech space

A stealth-mode startup in the consumer-tech and retail space is seeking a technical co-founder to join as an equal partner and lead the development of both the mobile app and a connected hardware layer.

The product helps users unlock value from forgotten or underused coupons and vouchers, using real-time location-based triggers and BLE to engage customers precisely when they're in-store.

What's ready

• Core concept validated
• Prototype exploration completed
• Strong leadership in place (retail, marketing, and business development)
• Retail network connections are already underway

Who we are looking for

• Experienced in mobile app development (Flutter preferred)
• Comfortable with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and geofencing
• Familiar with integrating hardware/software communication layers
• Startup mindset: autonomous, flexible, and motivated by vision
• Willing to join with equity only in the early stages, as a true partner in building the MVP and long-term product
