Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Backend Developer with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in Python development, particularly with Django, MS-SQL, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will also have solid experience deploying and maintaining backend services on Azure Cloud. Familiarity with computer vision models and drone-based systems is a strong advantage.

• Design and develop scalable backend services based on Python and Django with RESTful API and Web Sockets, following best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Lead architecture and design decisions for microservices-based systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and procedures in MS-SQL, ensuring data integrity and high performance.
• Implement, deploy, and manage services on Azure, leveraging tools such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to integrate and deploy end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure backend systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the product and project management teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Support and enhance systems involving computer vision and drone data integration (experience in these areas is a plus).
• Maintain thorough documentation of systems, processes, and configurations.

• Experience with integrating computer vision YOLO models.
• Exposure to drone telemetry data, video processing, or similar edge computing solutions.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm).
