Role Description

We’re building a fast-moving, results-driven lead generation engine targeting the US market - and we’re looking for a Video Editor / Ad Designer who knows how to create short-form content that drives conversions.

If you understand the psychology of the hook, love editing short-form videos, and know what makes people click - this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Edit raw footage into dynamic, mobile-optimized creatives
• Design motion graphics, captions, and visual effects that support the message.
• Collaborate with media buyers and copywriters to brainstorm ad concepts.
• Stay on top of trends, hooks, formats, and performance patterns.
• Constantly test and iterate based on performance data.
• Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows, speed up editing, and generate ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience editing TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts-style content.
• Deep understanding of direct response advertising.
• Comfortable working with fast testing cycles.
• Must: Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Descript, ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up production and elevate creative output.
• Bonus: Experience with data-driven creative optimization.
• You're creative, fast, reliable - and care about performance, not perfection.
