Senior Fullstack Software Developer

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-paced team. You should be a versatile developer, fluent in JavaScript/TypeScript, who thrives on owning features end-to-end, driving innovative solutions, and contributing actively to our infrastructure. We need someone who's not just coding but shaping the future of our product, taking initiative, tackling challenges head-on, and possessing a sharp eye for pixel-perfect design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications, primarily using React for Frontend and Node.js (NestJS, GraphQL) with MongoDB for Backend.
• Contribute to infrastructure initiatives, testing frameworks, and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI designers, and engineering teams to architect solutions, make key technical decisions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead by example: write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, perform code reviews, and set high standards for engineering practices.

Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in full-stack development with strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with Node.js frameworks (NestJS preferred) and backend architecture.
• Solid frontend experience, particularly with React (other modern frameworks like Vue or Angular are also acceptable).
• Experience working with databases, both NoSQL (like MongoDB) and relational (like PostgreSQL).
• Solid understanding and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, and building scalable containerized solutions.
• Strong technical design experience, capable of architecting complex features and components.
• Ability to independently lead technical tasks, propose innovative solutions, and drive execution effectively.
• Strong team player, with excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for technology.

Advantages:

• Previous experience in startup environments.
• Experience with Go-lang, Kotlin, Java or other BE technologies and languages.
• Experience in DevOps, with a strong focus on testing automation (jest, playwright), code quality tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
