If so, we have an exceptional opportunity for you to establish and lead our Outsourcing Division!
Ethosia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Outsourcing Division to spearhead the expansion of our outsourcing business. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to build a thriving division from the ground up, with a strong emphasis on forging partnerships with leading companies in the High-Tech and Biotechnology industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the growth of the outsourcing division, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within the Tech and Biotech markets.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target companies. Lead the sales and business development efforts to secure new outsourcing agreements.
- Service Portfolio Development: Define and refine our outsourcing service offerings to meet the specific needs of the Tech and Biotech industries, focusing on talent outsourcing (not technology).
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Take full ownership of the division's P&L, driving revenue growth, managing costs effectively, and ensuring profitability targets are met.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead complex negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial and sustainable partnerships.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the outsourcing landscape.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and scaling outsourcing units/divisions, with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Strong background in business development or sales within the outsourcing industry, with a focus on talent outsourcing.
- Established network and strong relationships within High-Tech and Biotechnology companies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong passion for building and growing a new business area.
- Experience in managing a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and achieving financial targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory; Master's degree is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work full-time from our offices in Tel Aviv.
