Description and requirements
Compensation: Base $50K, OTE $75K (includes Health, Vision, Dental, 401K).
As an SDR at Abra, your mission will be to identify and engage companies working within the Microsoft ecosystem — from Azure to Microsoft 365 and beyond. You’ll be responsible for booking qualified meetings with potential clients and helping them explore how Abra can support their cloud, security, AI, and infrastructure goals through Microsoft’s technology stack.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and reach out to companies using or exploring Microsoft services
- Book meetings for our Account Executives with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Heads of IT)
- Clearly articulate how Abra supports businesses across Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot, security, and cloud optimization
- Leverage tools like Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage pipeline
- Stay up to date on Microsoft’s product offerings, funding programs, and ecosystem trends
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or outreach (B2B preferred)
- Proven experience with cold calling and a track record of booking successful meetings
- Strong understanding of Microsoft products and services (Azure, M365, etc.)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
