System Analyst

Systems Analyst & Project Manager – Tech & Data (Israel)

Our client, a leading organization in the tech and data field, is looking for an experienced Systems Analyst & Project Manager to oversee the analysis, definition, and implementation of cross-organizational data interfaces. This role involves managing complex technological projects, working with internal teams and external vendors, and ensuring the successful execution of integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Systems Analysis & Implementation:

• Drafts functional and technical specifications for applications, integrations, and databases.
• Translates business processes into technological solutions.
• Provides technical support to internal teams and external clients.

🔹 Project Management:

• Manages IT projects end-to-end, including team coordination, resource planning, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Ensures project timelines and objectives are met.
• Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies.

🔹 Integration & Database Management:

• Defines data interfaces between internal and external systems.
• Works with SQL and NoSQL databases to structure and analyze unstructured data.
• Aligns organizational data architecture with business needs.

Requirements:

✔ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (with an IS specialization), or Computer Science – Mandatory.

✔ Experience:

• At least 3 years in complex systems analysis and technical specification writing.
• Hands-on experience managing large-scale technology projects.

✔ Technical Skills:

• Advanced SQL proficiency – Mandatory.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases – Mandatory.
• Background in cloud-based systems – Advantageous.
