Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our core team. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead product development across the entire lifecycle, from idea to launch to iteration. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, dev, data, ops, and marketing to create a competitive and engaging product that fans love.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, strategic, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. A deep understanding of sports culture and user psychology, especially in the U.S. market, is a major advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full product development cycle: from discovery and planning to release and optimization
• Build and own the product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs
• Partner with design, engineering, operations, and CRM teams to deliver high-impact features
• Drive product initiatives that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and user value
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance and inform decisions
• Ensure an exceptional user experience through continuous iteration and improvement
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of product management experience in consumer apps, ideally gaming or entertainment
• Passion for sports and gaming, with a strong advantage for U.S. sports familiarity (NFL, NBA, etc.)
• Proven success in shipping mobile products with high user engagement
• Hands-on mindset—you thrive in ambiguity and love getting things done
• Strong intuition for great UX, balanced by a data-informed approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
• Experience in fast-moving startups or high-growth environments preferred
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership

• Experience in U.S. sports gaming (DFS, Sportsbook, sweepstakes, social sports apps)
• Knowledge of U.S. fan behaviors and digital sports engagement trends
• Exposure to international gaming markets or global product scaling
