What You’ll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python and Flask, ensuring efficient and reliable web services and RESTful APIs
• Work with MongoDB to manage data and ensure our platform runs smoothly
• [Bonus] Use tools like RabbitMQ to handle messaging and async processes
• Collaborate with a small, passionate team to turn ideas into reality
• Help scale our platform to support even more users around the world

What We’re Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience with Python, especially building web apps with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• [Bonus] Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• [Bonus] Experience with microservices architecture
• A problem-solver who loves tackling challenges and finding smart solutions
