Job Title - CRM Manager

We are looking for an Excel expert with a passion for or proven experience in the global brokerage world. A candidate who understands the story that numbers and Excel tell.

Our leading brokerage company is expanding, and we are looking for a diligent and precise CRM Manager who is an Excel expert but also has good interpersonal skills, with experience in the online trading world, to be part of our growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing departmental reports, including developing customer relationship strategies for brokers, and assisting the department manager in improving departmental data and nurturing clients.

Responsibilities:

⭐ Develop and implement advanced CRM strategies to retain and expand the customer base.

⭐ Manage reports from the CRM system.

⭐ Analyze customer data and create business insights to support strategic decision-making.

⭐ Collaborate with brokerage representatives to create a seamless and unified customer experience.

⭐ Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

* Advantage - 2 years of experience in CRM management, preferably in the financial industry.

* Proven experience in Excel and data analysis.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* High analytical ability and experience in analyzing complex data.

* Relevant academic degree – an advantage.

Job Details:

Location: Kfar Saba Junction - Menivim Tower

🕒 Working Hours: 09:00-19:00, Monday to Friday, full-time (On-site)
