Role Description

As a Founder and Chief Medical Engineer, you have the skill set to spearhead the design, development, fabrication, and manufacturing processes. You must possess a deep passion for creating and building both a product and a company with a hands-on approach—being a maker at heart and in practice.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a startup founder
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proficient and highly skilled in CAD
5+ years of experience in medical device development and project management
Demonstrated expertise in medical device design, including concept generation, prototyping, testing, and validation
Proven maker abilities
Experience with medical device commercialization and product launch a plus
Experience with medical device software development a plus
