Design Manager

As we enter a new chapter of product transformation, design is playing a central role - from mobile-first UX to system-wide improvements and exciting new capabilities. What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the design vision across iCount’s products, aligning UX with business goals
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers - set standards, run reviews, and support growth
• Support visual consistency by coaching a part-time Marketing Designer on cross-brand alignment
• Own the full design cycle - from research and flows to UI, visual design, and system work
• Maintain and evolve our Figma-based design system to ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver seamless cross-platform experiences
• Balance hands-on design with team leadership, fostering a feedback-rich, quality-driven culture
• Bring cross-disciplinary insight - experience with branding, marketing, or animation is a strong plus

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years designing complex SaaS platforms and mobile apps
• 2+ years leading design teams - hiring, mentoring, performance reviews
• Deep expertise in UX principles, interaction patterns, and methodologies like Design Thinking and Lean Product
• Mastery in Figma, including impeccable hands-on UI design and scalable system libraries
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and craft
• Native-level Hebrew and strong professional English
• Availability for a full-time hybrid role in Petah Tikva (1 day remote, 4 days in office)
