Multimedia Systems and Infrastructure Technician

2PLUS is a leading Israeli technology company specializing in advanced wireless solutions, including WLAN, RTLS, NAC, HPC, Smart DC, and IoT.

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site position in Israel for the "Mifal Hapais" project. The Multimedia Systems and Infrastructure Technician will be crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of multimedia systems and network infrastructure across various "Mifal Hapais" sites and stations nationwide. This role requires a proactive individual capable of independent work and travel throughout the country, with a company-provided rental car.

Responsibilities:

• Systems Installation: Performing the professional installation of multimedia systems and related infrastructure at designated locations.
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Efficiently diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to multimedia systems and network connectivity to minimize downtime.
• Network Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensuring the stability and optimal performance of network infrastructure at each site.
• Structured Cabling Management: Handling all aspects of structured cabling, including installation, termination, and organization, adhering to industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven troubleshooting and technical support skills in IT or related fields.
• Requires a high degree of flexibility and mobility to work effectively at various project locations across Israel, often independently.
• Significant experience in network infrastructure setup, maintenance, and basic configuration.
• A strong understanding of cabling systems
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Solid knowledge of multimedia systems and infrastructure technologies.
• A relevant certification or degree in IT or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
