Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CRM Systems Analyst to join a leading financial organization.

The role includes gathering requirements, writing functional and technical specifications, collaborating with development and QA teams, and leading processes with clients.

Requirements:

✅ 3+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis in a complex, multi-process environment

✅ Relevant academic degree

✅ Proven experience in defining user requirements and specifying business processes

✅ Experience writing functional and technical specification documents

✅ Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (cloud version) – analysis and solution design

✅ Strong collaboration with development and QA teams

✅ Experience leading processes with clients, including professional guidance, integrations, and task follow-up

✅ Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries – an advantage
