Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The specialist will work closely with the customer support and technical teams to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
