Data Scientist

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join a fast-growing B2C gaming startup based in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and help shape data-driven products that engage and delight users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and improve product performance
• Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing, applying principles of inference and probability to generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
• Leverage Python and cloud platforms to build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
• Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations and visualizations, supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (MSc is an advantage)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models in production
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
• Proven experience with statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory
• Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation design
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform and VertexAI – an advantage)
• Experience with Deep Learning and non-tabular data (NLP, Generative AI – an advantage)
