Join a well-funded, small and seasoned company that is rapidly increasing its customer base. Lead the company mechanical development of highly sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. Take charge of introducing novel technologies and new designs. Design new products and maintain the life cycle and manufacturing pipeline of the entire line of products and lead an expanding development team.

Position requirements

10+ years of experience in development from the initial design phase of fine mechanics, actuation mechanisms and machining.

Experience in multidisciplinary electromechanical products and systems engineering

Experience in the development of an entire product from initial platform definitions.

Leadership experience and experience in all stages up to mass production and subcontractor management (reporting to ceo).
