Your role
Are you a service-minded team player who enjoys helping others and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our friendly and dynamic team!
Main Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and assisting our customers with professionalism and care
- Entering and tracking customer orders in our system
- Managing product returns and ensuring timely follow-up
- Basic to good English skills (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Strong sense of service and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
