About The Role

You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, from identifying needs to managing supplier relationships and optimizing costs. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement Leadership: Manage the entire procurement process from start to finish, including needs identification, order management, and inventory control.
• Strategic Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations, and manage contracts with both domestic and international vendors.
• Cost Optimization Champion: Identify opportunities for cost savings, improve procurement processes, and drive efficiency across the supply chain.
• Control and Reporting Excellence: Manage control and reporting systems, generate management reports, and conduct financial analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  
  

• Mandatory: Several years of proven experience in procurement roles within the medical device industry.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ERP systems (NETSUITE preferred) and procurement/logistics management systems.
• Communication Virtuoso: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and other parties within the organization.
• Pressure-Resistant: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
