We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Export Shipping Coordinator to manage our sea and air shipments end-to-end 🌍✈️🚢
What you’ll do:
✅ Oversee all export shipments – sea and air
✅ Initiate ,manage, and track shipments until they reach the port
✅ Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and land transport companies
✅ Provide internal operational and service support
✅ Review supplier invoices
What you’ll bring:
🔹 In-depth knowledge of export processes – sea, air, courier – from order to booking confirmations (must)
🔹 Proven experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, land transport, and couriers (must)
🔹 Solid Excel skills
🔹 Good level of Hebrew & English – read, write, and speak
🔹 SAP experience (advantage)
