Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist

Join a leading enterprise organization and take part in implementing complex Microsoft infrastructure projects under advanced information security standards. We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Microsoft Infrastructure Specialist to lead technical operations and support critical enterprise systems.

What You'll Do:

• Take ownership of the implementation of infrastructure projects involving Microsoft technologies, both on-prem and in the cloud.
• Provide expert solutions for complex Microsoft infrastructure challenges, with a strong focus on Active Directory (AD), Exchange, and information security.
• Support ongoing maintenance of internal organizational systems and deliver high-quality service to internal customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams, reporting directly to the team leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-scale Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on work with Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Manage AD infrastructure, including ADFS, DHCP, IIS, CA, Kerberos.
• Oversee PKI infrastructure and certificate management.
• Handle complex troubleshooting, maintenance, and security compliance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience working in complex IT environments with Microsoft technologies (On-Prem & Cloud) – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments – Mandatory
• Deep expertise in Active Directory (AD), including ADFS, DHCP, IIS, CA, Kerberos – Mandatory
• Experience with PKI infrastructure and certificate lifecycle management
• Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise environments (1,000+ servers) – Mandatory
