Real Time Group is a dynamic and fast-growing technology group specializing in advanced engineering education, real-time embedded systems, cybersecurity, DevOps, and AI solutions. We serve both the industry and individuals through cutting-edge training, consulting, and development services. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Business Operations to guide our leadership team, shape corporate governance, and drive long-term growth.

Role Overview:

Director of Business Operations will play a key advisory role to the CEO and executive team. His focus will be on strategic oversight, governance, and helping Real Time Group solidify its position as a leader in tech education and embedded innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate Board meetings and provide governance oversight

• Advise on strategic growth, new markets, and organizational structure

• Mentor the executive leadership team

• Support investor relations, partnerships, and industry visibility

• Ensure accountability and alignment with the company’s vision and values

Requirements:

• Proven leadership experience at the C-level or board level in tech, education, or consulting

• Strong strategic thinking and understanding of scale-up dynamics

• Background in embedded systems, cybersecurity, or advanced tech education is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and decision-making skills

• Experience with governance and board operations
