Tech Lead (React & React Native)

Motivision is a fast-moving startup using computer vision AI to transform how strength training is tracked and improved inside fitness facilities. Our camera-based system installs directly into weight rooms, analyzing workouts in real time to drive performance, accountability, and safety, no wearables or manual input needed.

We’re already live and selling into fitness facilities across the U.S. and now we’re looking for a Tech Lead to own our development as we grow.

About the role

You’ll take the lead on building and scaling our front-end architecture across React and React Native, integrating tightly with our edge-based computer vision pipeline. You’ll work directly with our CTO to make architectural decisions, ship production-ready code, and ensure the system remains fast, stable, and scalable as we expand into more facilities.

What you'll do

• Lead development of our React and React Native apps
• Connect front-end systems to our real-time AI pipeline running on edge devices
• Guide architecture and scalability as we deploy across more facilities
• Build our initial development team

What you bring

• 3+ years building with React and/or React Native
• Experience shipping real products and integrating APIs
• High ownership mindset—you care about shipping quality and moving fast
• Comfort working in a startup environment
