We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Material Planner to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Priority ERP system and a solid understanding of material planning, procurement, and production processes. This role is essential for ensuring seamless material flow across vendors, warehouse and the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support various operational processes within the Priority ERP system.
• Manage the end-to-end material planning cycle: issue purchase orders, build and maintain multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), create and manage sales orders.
• Track and ensure smooth material flow from vendors to the warehouse and production.
• Coordinate and manage import/export processes, including shipments and customs clearance.
• Implement and monitor Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in the ERP system.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers to follow up on purchase orders and resolve procurement issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support automation of operational workflows.
• Work on-site from our office in Matam, Haifa.

Requirements

• 2–10 years of hands-on experience with the Priority ERP system, with proven expertise in at least one of the following areas: BOM creation, sales order management, and purchasing – Must.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and PivotTables – Must.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); ability to communicate confidently with international suppliers – Must.
• Degree or diploma in Industrial Practical Engineering or Industrial Engineering – Advantage.
• Highly organized, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
