Territory Manager – Trauma (Tel Aviv–Jerusalem Region)

A leading medical device company is seeking a Territory Manager to join its Trauma Division, covering the Tel Aviv to Jerusalem area.

Role Overview:

- Provide clinical and technical support to surgeons during orthopedic trauma surgeries.

- Ensure proper use of trauma implants and instruments, offering in-theater guidance.

- Manage inventory and logistics of surgical sets and implants.

- Maintain strong relationships with hospitals, surgical teams, sterile supply units, and procurement departments.

- Conduct product trainings, workshops, and ongoing clinical education.

- Drive growth and brand presence in your territory through deep engagement with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree – mandatory (science/medical field – an advantage).

- Prior experience in clinical support, paramedicine, or medical sales – an advantage.

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

- Field-based role – full mobility required across the Tel Aviv–Jerusalem region.

- Strong communication, independence, and relationship-building skills.
