What You’ll Be Doing 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hardware engineer to lead the design and development of PCBs throughout the entire product lifecycle — from initial architecture and schematic design, through layout, production, and all the way to product and hardware validation. 

You’ll work as part of a collaborative hardware team, embedded in a multidisciplinary environment that brings together mechanics, software, algorithms, systems, and more. 

This is a hands-on role that includes responsibility for lab bring-up, hardware validation, and rigorous testing of real-world systems. 

 Required Qualifications and Experience: 

·       B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering 

·       6+ years of experience in digital circuit board design, including HDI PCB and mixed-signal circuits with microcontrollers 

·       Proven ability to design according to customer and environmental specifications 

·       Hands-on experience in board bring-up, hardware validation, and lab testing 

·       End-to-end product development experience, from prototype to mass production, including DFM/DFT documentation 

·       Advantageous: experience in analog/RF design, battery-powered low-power systems, communication and sensing systems, SPICE simulations, and Altium Designer

·       Strong attention to detail, precision, and a methodical approach 

·       Independent, proactive, and capable of working with subcontractors and suppliers 

·       Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a background in small, fast-paced teams
