A leading financial services company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Controller (CPA) to join our finance team.

Location: Zikhron Yaakov, Israel

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2+ years of experience post-Big 4
Previous experience in the financial sector – advantage
Strong command of IFRS
Proficiency in Excel and financial systems
Fluent in Hebrew and English
Analytical, independent, and a strong team player

Role Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing processes
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
Oversee tax, regulatory, and compliance reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
