Job Description

We’re looking for a Full Stack Team Lead to join our R&D team and take a central role in shaping and scaling our platform. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a passion for technology, mentoring, and building scalable, high-quality products. If you’re an experienced Full Stack Engineer who has taken on Tech Lead responsibilities—this role could be your next step.

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience developing enterprise-grade services and applications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web Fullstack development using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue 3, JavaScript, and Python
• Proven experience as a strong Full Stack Developer or Squad lead ready to step into a management role
• Experience mentoring developers and leading a project or feature end-to-end
• Great communication skills and fluent English
• Energetic team player, self-motivated, and proactive
• Experience deploying serverless services and working with CI/CD pipelines (Terraform is a plus)

What You’ll Do

• Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
• Design and implement scalable features across the stack
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features
• Drive best practices in architecture, design, and testing
• Conduct code reviews and take part in technical planning and roadmap building
• Ensure systems are reliable, maintainable, and performant
• Be a culture driver who fosters innovation and continuous improvement
