Retreateam is a fast-moving startup that helps creators, coaches, and community leaders launch unforgettable retreats around the world — while we take care of 100% of the behind-the-scenes operations: flights, hotels, landing pages, payments, logistics and more. Our goal? To become the go-to platform for creator-led retreats. We’re expanding fast and looking for someone sharp, proactive, and hungry to grow with us from day one.

💼 About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and charismatic team player who’s passionate about social media, creators, and turning conversations into opportunities. In this role, you'll be in charge of identifying potential retreat hosts — anyone with a strong and engaged audience — and bringing them into discovery meetings with our founder. You'll be spending most of your day talking to inspiring people, opening doors, and helping them take the leap toward launching their first (or next) retreat with us. Yes — there’s travel involved 😉.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing

• Scout for creators and community leaders with strong audiences (across any social platform)
• Reach out with personalized, smart messages that get responses
• Book discovery meetings with our team
• Track your work in a simple CRM
• Occasionally join international retreats as our company representative
• Work closely with the founder and help shape how we scale our outreach and brand

• You’re fluent in Hebrew & English, and confident in writing/speaking
• You’re comfortable messaging dozens of people a day
• You’re outgoing, proactive, and love making new connections
• You have an eye for spotting real influence vs. fake followers
