Head of Operations

Company Description:

EMBOODO, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in B2B tech companies, is looking for a Head of Operations to lead our internal processes, manage the team, and ensure operational excellence across client delivery and business growth.

Role Description:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth project delivery and internal coordination
• Support client success by ensuring high-quality execution across SEO, PPC, and content
• Work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into action and scale internal systems
• Create and refine processes to improve productivity, performance, and team culture
• Collaborate with department (PPC, SEO, Content) to monitor KPIs and solve challenges proactively
• Lead team resourcing, workload management, and recruitment processes

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or COO-type role in a digital agency or similar environment
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven experience managing small to mid-sized teams
• Ability to balance people, process, and performance—you’re both strategic and hands-on
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Experience with tools like Monday.com, Google Workspace, project tracking, and automation tools
• Passion for digital marketing and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
