Company Description:

EMBOODO, a leading digital marketing agency specializing in B2B tech companies, is looking for a Head of Operations to lead our internal processes, manage the team, and ensure operational excellence across client delivery and business growth.

Role Description:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth project delivery and internal coordination
Support client success by ensuring high-quality execution across SEO, PPC, and content
Work closely with the CEO to translate strategy into action and scale internal systems
Create and refine processes to improve productivity, performance, and team culture
Collaborate with department (PPC, SEO, Content) to monitor KPIs and solve challenges proactively
Lead team resourcing, workload management, and recruitment processes

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in an operations, project management, or COO-type role in a digital agency or similar environment
Strong organizational and leadership skills with proven experience managing small to mid-sized teams
Ability to balance people, process, and performance—you’re both strategic and hands-on
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Experience with tools like Monday.com, Google Workspace, project tracking, and automation tools
Passion for digital marketing and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
