Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function and lead all initiatives in global markets — primarily the US and Europe.

This is a standalone marketing position, perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the international marketing strategy in close collaboration with the leadership team
• Plan and manage digital B2B marketing campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, paid media, etc.)
• Create compelling English-language content: product sheets, presentations, website and social media materials
• Own the company website and SEO strategy
• Support lead generation, branding, conference visibility, and ongoing marketing operations
• Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, product managers, and sales team

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in international companies targeting the US and European markets
• Experience in tech companies – preference for software and IT-related solutions
• Native-level English – mandatory
• Proven track record in English copywriting and content creation
• Hands-on experience in B2B digital campaigns – must-have
• Strong initiative, creativity, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership
• Preference for candidates with stable career paths (3+ years in previous roles)
