Intellectual Property Paralegal

👀 We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our team on a remote, freelance basis.

If you have proven experience in the intellectual property field and are interested in flexible and practical work, we'd love to hear from you.

The role includes:

• Assisting with and handling trademark and design registration applications worldwide.
• Ongoing case management and accurate deadline tracking.
• Tracking and monitoring renewals.
• Preparing relevant legal documents.
• Supporting communication with clients and authorities.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in the intellectual property (preference for trademark and design experience).
• Proficiency in working with IP management software (e.g., Equinox).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, and speaking) at a very high level.
• Ability to work independently, with thoroughness and initiative.
• Fluent Hebrew is an advantage, but not required.
