CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer – Microsoft Dynamics 365

A well-established and stable company in the automotive tech & services sector is seeking a skilled

CRM Systems Analyst & Implementer to join its internal IT team.

This is a full-time, long-term role with real ownership over the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system – from business analysis and requirements gathering, through system configuration and implementation, to user training and ongoing optimization.

You’ll work closely with departments such as operations, customer service and sales, and take part in cross-organizational digital projects that directly impact the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

Location: Rosh HaAyin, Israel

Work Model: Full-time, hybrid (1 day/week from home)

Employment Type: Direct hire – not freelance

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and translate them into CRM system capabilities
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Manage daily system operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments
• Participate in broad digital transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or similar
• Strong business and process understanding
• Ability to lead end-to-end projects and work independently
• Experience working with SQL Server – advantage
• Familiarity with service-oriented environments (call centers, fleet/logistics) – advantage
