Engineering Project Manager

We're Hiring an Engineering Project Manager to Lead High-Impact Projects in the Defense Industry – APCO AVIATION

We are looking for a talented Engineering Project Manager to take the lead on engineering projects in collaboration with major companies in the Israeli defense industry.

The role includes:

• Technical leadership of complex engineering projects
• Managing and executing field tests
• Conducting design reviews
• Performing 2D and 3D flow analyses

Comprehensive training will be provided to engineers joining the team.

Position requirements:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, or Industrial Engineering and Management
• Previous experience working on projects with defense companies – an advantage
• Experience as a team leader or project manager in the defense sector – an advantage
• High-achieving students or graduates – an advantage
• Command/leadership experience – a significant advantage

We are open to both experienced engineers with a project management background, as well as outstanding graduates with leadership experience.

Our offices are located in the Caesarea Industrial Zone, a 5-minute walk from the train station.
