Technical Support Expert
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and delivering world-class customer support? We’re looking for a Technical Support Expert who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. You’ll play a critical role in resolving technical issues, guiding product improvements, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.
This position requires a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong technical foundation. You will collaborate closely with our R&D and be instrumental in shaping the future of our solutions through direct customer feedback and technical insight.
What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of customer technical issues—from initial investigation through resolution and follow-up.
Act as a key point of contact for escalated support cases, ensuring timely and thorough resolution.
Drive and implement support process improvements across the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and provide insights that influence product development.
Support sales teams with the technical setup and configuration of demo/POC equipment.
Maintain detailed, clear ation of issues, resolutions, and best practices.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer engineering role.
Strong experience with Linux environments – a must.
Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN environments, protocols) – a must.
Understanding servers’ hardware elements.
Experience in analyzing logs, collect statistics.
Familiarity with Kubernetes.
Scripting or programming experience in Python or Bash – an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones as needed.
Willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
A natural service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
