What You’ll Do:
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and processes to meet business requirements
- Plan and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Work closely with business stakeholders to define and document business processes within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Build custom reports and dashboards for reporting and analytics, providing actionable business insights
- Deliver training and ongoing support to end-users on implemented Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment using Agile methodology
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Technology – must
- 2+ years of proven experience in Salesforce implementation – must
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments – must
- Strong communication and multi-tasking skills – must
- Experience working in large, global organizations – an advantage
- Knowledge of insurance/financial services industries – an advantage
