Job Description :

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NPI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to bridging our engineering and supply chain organizations, ensuring products are released to manufacturing in a controlled, scalable, and efficient manner.

You will own configuration management, including Bill of Materials (BOMs), revision control, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Your efforts will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality products on time, with traceable and well-documented changes throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• BOM Management: Create and maintain accurate, structured Bills of Materials throughout the product lifecycle.
• Configuration Control: Enforce and manage consistent product configuration baselines, part numbering, and documentation standards.
• Revision & Documentation Control: Own revision control processes to ensure traceability and access to up-to-date product documentation.
• Engineering Change Orders (ECOs): Drive the ECO process from initiation through approval, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Supply Chain Interface: Act as the key link between engineering and supply chain to ensure smooth transition from development to production.
• Tool & Process Ownership: Manage PLM/ERP tools and continuously improve NPI-related workflows and documentation practices.
• Project Management: Coordinate and track timelines, milestones, and resources for both NPI and broader cross-functional engineering projects to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in NPI, configuration management, or manufacturing support roles.
• Proficiency with PLM and ERP systems (e.g., Arena, Agile, Oracle).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process discipline.
• Effective communicator with experience working across engineering and operations teams.
• Proven ability to manage engineering project plans, align stakeholders, and deliver outcomes across multiple initiatives.
• Background in fast-paced hardware or consumer product environments is a plus.
