Data Analyst

Kinetic Digital is looking for an experienced Marketing Analyst to support our Email Marketing activity. The role includes working closely with our marketing team, analyzing performance, solving problems, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing the performance of email marketing campaigns, ensuring effective audience targeting, and optimizing engagement rates.
• Develop data-driven strategies that maximize the impact of email marketing activity
• Develop reports and dashboards that will help the team make decisions
• Collaborate with the rest of the BI team in solving issues
• Analyze test results performed by the marketing team
• Optimize and segment audiences to ensure personalized and relevant messaging
• Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
• Monitor key KPIs and flag anomalies or underperforming campaigns.
• Utilize our BI tools in order to provide informed recommendations to the team
• Detect opportunities for improving efficiency in reporting and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in marketing analytics
• High level SQL capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and draw actionable insights
• Excellent Excel skills
• Able to work independently as well as being a team player
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Tableau) 
• Excellent communication skills in English, able to communicate complex thoughts in a clear way
• knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus 
• Proven experience in email marketing analytics is a plus
