About the Role
We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support the creation, optimization, and personalization of growth funnels across our products.
You’ll play a key role in running experiments, analyzing performance, and helping scale growth initiatives.
This role blends data-driven execution, creative testing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do:
Support operational workflows related to experimentation, backlog management, and process automation.
Collaborate with Product, Data, R&D, and Design teams to execute and scale growth initiatives.
Safeguard operational integrity by auditing experiments and workflows against platform requirements and adapting processes as policies evolve.
Contribute to the creation and optimization of growth funnels to achieve business objectives at scale.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in a growth, product, or analytics-focused role (e.g., Product Analyst, Growth Specialist, or Associate PM).
Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to improve user performance metrics.
Strong analytical skills with practical experience using SQL and analysis dashboards/tools (e.g. Redash/Looker).
Business-oriented thinking, able to connect data insights to measurable outcomes.
Comfortable working with technical setups (e.g., JSON configs, automation tools) and collaborating closely with developers.
