Product Manager (Mid-Level)

Evinature is a growing startup redefining gut health through evidence-based, natural supplements. With a direct-to-consumer model and global reach, we’re building smart, effective solutions for people looking to take control of their digestive health. We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and management of both our physical products and digital platforms. 

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of product initiatives from concept to execution, working closely with teams across the company to deliver meaningful, customer-focused solutions. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage the full lifecycle of physical and digital products, from idea to launch and ongoing optimization 
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
•  Lead cross-functional collaboration between tech, design, marketing, operations, and customer success
•  Translate ideas and customer insights into clear product requirements and creative solutions 
• Oversee product packaging, digital flows, and user experience across all customer touchpoints 
• Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions 

Qualifications 

• Experience managing products in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
•  Ability to lead and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders 
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills combined with creativity and adaptability Excellent communication skills and attention to detail 
• Experience in eCommerce, health & wellness, or nutraceuticals is a strong advantage, but not required
