Quality Technician

Evigence is a freshness monitoring company that specializes in cutting-edge technology from the fields of chemistry, food, and software.

We're on the lookout for bright students interested in a part-time role, which could potentially evolve into a full-time position within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform acceptance tests for raw materials and final product release tests.
• Conduct experiments in the QC laboratory including measurements and writing summary reports.
• Perform optical measurements of models.
• Learn and integrate into the quality system (Iso9001 standard implementation).
• Maintain calibration of quality control equipment
• Prepare and maintain test data for review
• Evaluate data and draft reports, noting any relevant deviations from existing standards
• Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Technician or Engineer education in the fields of chemistry/ biology/ biotechnology/ quality assurance. - Must
• Working experience with Microsoft Office, Extensive knowledge of Excel -Must
• English at a high level - Must.
• Experience in quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Minitab - an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and with strict deadlines.
• Initiative, commitment, curiosity, and desire to learn.
• High level interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and work in a team.
• This is a full-time position that requires working on weekends and holidays, depending on the shift schedule.
• Office is in Yokneam Ilit (sometimes material sampling is required in an external warehouse)
