Senior Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on and impact-driven Senior Data Scientist to join our growing data team. This is a highly cross-functional role that spans across data science, analytics, and infrastructure. You will lead data projects end-to-end — from building predictive models to crafting strategic insights — and collaborate closely with product, operations, and finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data projects across pricing, product, and customer analytics
• Build and improve predictive models for pricing, FX exposure, and customer behavior
• Develop strategic dashboards and analyses to support decision-making
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to define metrics and uncover opportunities
• Contribute to the improvement of internal data tools, pipelines, and data quality
• Establish and promote best practices in analysis, modeling, and data operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science/ ML engineering.
• Experience in analytics, or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn) and SQL
• Proven experience leading data projects independently and cross-functionally
• Strong business intuition and ability to translate questions into analytical solutions
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, B2B or financial data products
• Familiarity with cloud data infrastructure (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake/BigQuery)
• Background in FX, pricing models, or risk analysis
• Experience collaborating with product, sales, or finance teams
