Back End Developer

A global Big Data startup company that develops cutting edge products in the Ad Tech industry, including one of the largest video advertising platforms in the U.S. The platform dynamically adapts ads to viewers in real time using Machine Learning and LLM models, while operating at massive scale.

The company is profitable, works with some of the world’s leading brands, and is committed to continuous innovation and staying at the forefront of the industry. It currently employs 900 people globally, with 200 employees based in Israel half of them in R&D.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, close to the train station, and offers a hybrid work model with two days working from home.

This is a Java Server Developer position on a team of 7 developers within the Application Department a strategic unit in the company responsible for a product with significant business impact. The team builds a platform that enables advertisers to match the right message to the right user, increase user engagement, and expand content exposure.

The role involves end-to-end development—from architectural design through to production deployment.

Tech stack: Java, AWS, MongoDB, SQL, GraphQL, Kubernetes, and more.

Requirements-

• 6 years experience in developing complex enterprise web applications and distributed systems in production.
• Deep understanding in Java programming (Spring Boot/Spring- A must!)
• Experience with designing and implementing architecture web systems
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (MySql, Elasticsearch, Redis, Vertica)
• Experience modern UI frameworks (Angular, Vue, React) - Big advantage!
• Experience in Node.JS (TypeScript, NestJS)- advantage!
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
