System validation manager

A successful and well-established high-tech company, recognized as a global leader in the development of cellular IoT chips for 5G and AI computing technologies.

The company is seeking a System Validation Manager to lead and oversee validation processes at its Israel site, ensuring the highest quality and performance of its products.

The company is located in Hod Hasharon and follows a hybrid work model (one day per week from home). Shuttle service is available from Tel Aviv. The company employs around 350 people.

Key responsibilities-

• Leading and managing the validation team in Israel.
• Developing and implementing validation strategies and plans for the company's products.
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of automation testing systems.
• Planning, executing, and maintaining automation campaigns across various setups.
• Performing bug analysis, reporting results and issues.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with diverse internal teams.
• Providing training and mentorship to engineers.
• Driving improvement and efficiency through the integration of AI technologies.

Requirements-

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent (an advantage).
• At least 15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in system validation and testing, preferably in the IoT or B2B sectors.
• Solid hands-on experience with software and firmware validation.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, writing test plans, bug reporting, troubleshooting capabilities, and bug tracking systems.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 10 QA engineers.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
