Project Manager Scrum Master

A leading company developing command and control systems for smart cities.

The company's platform collects real-time data from various sources such as sensors, license plate readers, and city cameras, and transforms it into actionable insights.

The role involves leading Agile processes, supporting the development team, and acting as a liaison between the team and other stakeholders in the organization.

The company is located in Netanya, offering one work-from-home day (with a shuttle available from Netanya Sapir train station to the high-tech park).

During the first three months, full-time presence in the office is required.

The Israeli team includes around 20 employees, with significant growth underway. The company is well-established and stable, serving major clients both in Israel and globally.

Key Responsibilities-

• Facilitates Agile ceremonies and promotes Agile best practices.
• Supports the development team by removing impediments and fostering open communication.
• Collaborates with Product, QA, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflows.
• Ensures a well-defined and prioritized sprint backlog in coordination with the Product Manager.
• Advocates for the R&D team’s needs and promotes cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements-

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master and/or in software project management.
• Extensive hands-on experience working with Jira.
