Program & Delivery Manager

A global Fintech company whose product is integrated into E-Commerce websites, enabling shoppers to pay in monthly, interest-free credit installments, even in locations where such an option is not typically available.

The solution is already in use by numerous clients.

This is a strategic role involving end-to-end management of development programs, responsibility for efficient delivery, and leadership of CI/CD processes across the organization.

The position includes collaboration with development, operations, and key stakeholders, while monitoring OKRs and KPIs to measure success.

The company is located in Ramat Gan (near the train station) and offers a hybrid work model two days a week from home.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in program management, with a focus on program delivery.
• Proficient in CI/CD processes.
• In-depth knowledge of Git version control and branching strategies.
• Experience with OKR and KPI implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within a program.
