Key Responsibilities

Prototyping:

• Assemble prototypes and conduct stress/environmental tests
• Evaluate performance and reliability

Production:

• Manage materials and coordinate with suppliers
• Supervise assembly and ensure quality compliance
• Enforce safety standards

Quality Control:

• Train team on QA processes
• Lead quality tests and report metrics
• Identify and resolve issues

Growth Opportunities

• Hands-on experience with battery design and testing
• Work closely with customer feedback to improve products

Requirements

• Certified Practical Engineer in electronics (mandatory)
• 2+ years in prototyping, production, or QA
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of safety and QA procedures
• Fluent in English
