About the Job

We're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Affiliate Manager to join our marketing team. In this pivotal role, you'll take charge of our growing affiliate program, overseeing its development and performance. You'll lead day-to-day operations, guide team members, and drive the recruitment and engagement of new partners. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, aiming to maximize affiliate growth and long-term partner success.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Recruitment and Portfolio Management: Identify, onboard, and maintain a high-performing network of affiliates to drive program growth and engagement.
• Performance Optimization through Data: Utilize data analytics to uncover insights, identify areas for enhancement, and continuously optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Strategic Marketing Execution: Design and execute affiliate marketing strategies that align with overall business goals, ensuring consistent growth and alignment across initiatives.
• plan and execute monthly budgets

Requirements

• Solid experience in affiliate marketing
• High negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A self-starter and results-driven individual.
• Experienced in making data-driven decisions based on KPIs.
• A true "Team Player".
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); other languages are a plus.
• Proficient in working with Excel.
• Familiarity working directly on media platforms is an advantage.
• A marketing or Digital degree/diploma is an advantage.
