Accountant

We're hiring an Accountant – Full-time, On-site | Retail HQ – Har Tuv area

A well-established fashion retail chain (52 stores nationwide) is looking for a hands-on Accountant to lead our accounting operations and manage a team.

What you’ll do:

Lead all accounting activities and supervise a team of ~4

Prepare monthly and annual financial reports

Oversee cash flow, payroll, P&L, and tax reporting

Maintain and build Excel-based tools for financial tracking

Collaborate with our external CPA and company leadership

Work closely with the CEO and provide ongoing financial insights

Support the development of analytical processes using Power BI

What we’re looking for:

Experience as an Accountant / Senior Accountant – required

Background in managing a small accounting team - a plus

High-level Excel skills – a plus

Familiarity with BI tools – advantage

B.A. in Accounting– required

Strong ownership, precision, and reliability

Willingness to work on-site full-time in Har Tuv area
