Position Title: VP of Operations

Job Description:

We are seeking a senior-level manager with strategic thinking, proven execution capabilities, and multidisciplinary experience in procurement and supply chain management to join and lead an advanced and evolving operational system. This is a key role involving cross-organizational management and full responsibility for the entire supply chain – procurement, logistics, shipping, and inventory management – while working closely with all departments across the organization and leading processes on both local and international levels.

This position is suitable for candidates with proven potential for rapid advancement to the role of VP Supply Chain.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Management of procurement activities both domestically and internationally – including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier relationships
• Full end-to-end responsibility for the supply chain – logistics, shipping, inventory management, and supply planning
• Cross-organizational process management in collaboration with finance, marketing, operations, and business units
• Working with ERP systems – SAP / Priority
• Management of the logistics center team – 10 employees and a floor manager
• Leading and implementing strategic and operational improvement initiatives – including warehouse relocation and WMS implementation

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in procurement and supply chain management in a commercial/retail/global environment
• Experience in managing employees and leading teams
• Broad business understanding and strong analytical skills
• Experience working with multiple internal and external interfaces
• High-level English – mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and information systems
• Process-oriented thinking, initiative, and change management capabilities
